Referral service only

Knoxville Elite Windows is a referral service, not a licensed contractor. We pass your request to independent window installers who serve East Tennessee; we do not sell, make or install windows, and we are not tied to any manufacturer. In Tennessee, contractors are licensed by the Board for Licensing Contractors: jobs of $25,000 or more need a contractor license, and in Knox County residential remodeling jobs from $3,000 to $24,999 need a Home Improvement license. Each installer is solely responsible for its own licensing, permits, work, warranty and price.

No contract with us

Any estimate, contract, payment or warranty is between you and the contractor. We are not a party to it and do not guarantee any contractor's work, pricing, schedule or availability. Verify any contractor's license with the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance (Board for Licensing Contractors) before signing.

Information on this site

Costs, code requirements, rebates and product details on this site are general information gathered from public sources and may change. Your contractor's written quote, your local building department and the manufacturer's documentation are the authority for your project. Contact consent

By submitting a request, you agree that we may share it with a contractor and that the contractor may contact you by phone or email about your project.
