We pass your request to independent window installers who serve East Tennessee; we do not sell, make or install windows, and we are not tied to any manufacturer. In Tennessee, contractors are licensed by the Board for Licensing Contractors: jobs of $25,000 or more need a contractor license, and in Knox County residential remodeling jobs from $3,000 to $24,999 need a Home Improvement license. Each installer is solely responsible for its own licensing, permits, work, warranty and price.

What we do, and what we don't

• The contractor measures, quotes, orders, installs and handles any permit. Your contract is with them.
• We don't sell, make or install windows, we don't set prices, and we hold no contractor's license.
• We are not a dealer for, or affiliated with, Andersen, Renewal by Andersen, Pella or any other manufacturer.
• Before you sign, look up the contractor's license with the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance. In Knox County, residential jobs from $3,000 to $24,999 need a Home Improvement license; $25,000 or more needs a contractor license.
